The technology recruiters who wrote to you, working from Brentwood, Tennessee.
Who we are
Affinity Search Partners is a small, founder-led recruiting firm for information technology and information systems roles. We opened in 2013, our office is in Brentwood, Tennessee, and our clients are employers across Middle Tennessee and around the country. Our whole job is finding the right person for a technical seat, whether that seat is a contractor for a project, a permanent engineer, or the leader of a technology team. We would rather build a long relationship than close a quick transaction, and we say so plainly when a search is not something we can do well.
Why you may have heard from us
If an email from us reached you, it is because your role at your company appeared to involve hiring, managing or working within a technology team, and something public suggested the note could be useful: a job posting, a news item, or a professional profile. We write to work addresses. Occasionally we call a business number or send a letter to the company's business address instead.
We keep our notes short and we send them only when we believe our work could be relevant to yours. If we were wrong about that, or you would just rather not hear from us, one reply is all it takes. The section at the bottom of this page explains exactly how that works.
What we do
- Place contractors and consultants who add capacity to an existing team for as long as a project needs them.
- Arrange contract-to-hire placements, so an employer and a candidate can work together before either commits.
- Fill permanent roles, from individual contributors to the people who run the team.
- Search for technology leaders when a company needs someone to own its systems and its direction.
The roles sit across cloud and infrastructure, software development, and data and analytics. The employers we serve are in technology, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services. In every search we look at cultural fit alongside skills, and we send a short list of people worth interviewing rather than a stack of résumés.
How to reach us, or ask us to stop
If you want to talk about a role
Use the contact form on our main site and tell us a little about the position. There is no obligation attached to a conversation.
If you want us to stop writing
Reply to any email we sent you, in any words you like. If we called, tell the person on the line. We stop promptly, and never later than 10 business days after you ask. Your name and address then go on our do-not-contact list, which keeps you off future outreach even if your details turn up again from some other source. Our privacy page describes what we hold and how to ask about it.
